Shipping

Delivery Time: All orders are processed and delivered within 7 days from the date of confirmation.
Shipping Area: We deliver across Dubai. For any special delivery requests, please contact us at +971 56 580 4804 or info@staircarpetdubai.com.
Custom Orders: Some products are made-to-measure or custom-cut. Delivery times may vary slightly for custom orders. Our team will confirm your estimated delivery date when you place your order.

Returns & Refunds

At Stair Carpet Dubai, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note the following regarding returns and refunds:

No Returns/Refunds After Installation: Once a carpet is installed, returns or refunds are not available.
On-Site Inspection: We encourage customers to carefully inspect their carpet during installation. If any issue arises, our team will address it immediately on-site.
Warranty: Carpets that come with a manufacturer warranty are covered under their specific warranty terms. Please contact us for assistance if any warranty-related issues occur.

Important Notes

Ensure you inspect your carpet at the time of installation. Any issues must be reported immediately so our team can resolve them on the spot.
Custom-made carpets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
